HomeMount believes in the quality of its products and wants you to shop with confidence. Please read the following carefully to understand our return policy. This policy applies to all products sold by www.homemount.com.


Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you can return an item in new and unused condition purchased from www.homemount.com within 30 calendar days after the day you received it.

To start a return, please contact us at cs@homemount.com first. We require the order number or proof of purchase in order to process your return or exchange. Returns must include all accessories, and items must be returned in their original packaging.

Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements. Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error does not qualify for warranty coverage. For purchases not made directly through www.homemount.com, please contact the original retailer for refunds.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Please note: return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer.


Refused Shipments – Flat Fee

If you refuse delivery of an order purchased from www.homemount.com, we reserve the right to charge a flat fee of $20 per parcel to partially cover shipping costs. We cannot change, intercept, or cancel orders that have already shipped.

If delivery is refused and the order is returned to us, it will be treated as a return. A refund for the purchase price will be issued to your original payment method, minus $20 per parcel.
